Leadership Changes When Pressure Enters the Room.
Most managers know what good leadership looks like.
The real challenge is applying those behaviors when conflict appears, performance drops, deadlines tighten, an employee pushes back, or senior leadership wants answers.
The gap between pressure and response is where leadership becomes visible.
Lead Yourself Firstâ„¢ helps managers strengthen that moment.

The Moment Between Pressure and Response Changes Everything.
"Leadership is revealed in the moment between pressure and response."
There is a moment between what happens to you and what you do next.
That moment can determine the quality of a conversation, a decision, a relationship, a team, or a culture.
Lead Yourself First™ helps leaders expand that moment—so reaction gives way to awareness, regulation, intentionality, and stronger leadership action.
Leadership Development for the Moments That Matter Most
NEW & EMERGING MANAGERS
You may have been promoted because you were great at producing results. Now you are responsible for helping other people produce results. Build the self-awareness, communication, confidence, accountability, delegation, and decision-making skills needed to move from high performer to effective people leader.
Lead Yourself Firstâ„¢
Before you lead others, you have to lead yourself. Lead Yourself Firstâ„¢ is built on a simple belief: The quality of your leadership begins internally before it becomes visible externally.
Pressure can affect how leaders communicate, decide, listen, hold people accountable, and respond emotionally. Lead Yourself Firstâ„¢ helps managers develop the awareness and discipline required to choose their response rather than surrender it to the moment.

Why Lead Yourself Firstâ„¢ Exists
Larice Peoples developed Lead Yourself Firstâ„¢ through decades of diverse professional experience and personal transition. As a practitioner who has navigated leadership, high-stakes sales, and entrepreneurship, he observed a recurring gap: many leaders know the mechanics of management but struggle to access those behaviors when the environment becomes difficult. His philosophy bridges this distance between knowledge and action.
Beginning with his background in athletics and evolving through corporate facilitation and personal adversity, Larice discovered that the quality of external leadership is always a direct reflection of internal discipline. Today, he positions himself as a Credible practitioner and thought leader for organizations that require manager development that actually transfers into real-world behavior when pressure enters the room.
